This company was founded in 1979 as a partnership by Jim Goudge and Jim Gustafson. They became incorporated in the State of Minnesota in 1986. In 1992, we became a Union company with all trades including the carpenters, cement masons, ironworkers, laborers, and millwrights. They have evolved from 2 employees as a small concrete company to employing an average of 35 employees throughout the construction season.

We strongly believe that we are who we are today because of our employees. Our employees are this company's greatest asset. Our key personnel have remained very stable throughout the years. Our employees have developed over the years and have an in-depth understanding into all aspects of general construction, supported by years of experience.

This company has the resources to perform and service many different aspects of the construction industry. Earthwork, concrete, structural steel and carpentry are different areas in which we excel. The two largest areas of the construction industry in which we target are industrial and commercial. We currently work in a 5 state area, including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. However, we have completed projects throughout the United States including a hockey arena Juneau, Alaska.
